LOTTERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Social Promotion Association Petras, with registered office at Via Umberto I n. 7, Petrella Salto, Tax Code 90098930572, organises a charity lottery in accordance with Presidential Decree 430/2001.
Art. 1 – Purpose
The lottery is organised to raise funds for the Association’s institutional activities.
Art. 2 – Type of Event
The event is a lottery consisting of a prize draw among all valid ticket holders.
Art. 3 – Quantity and Price of Tickets
A total of 1,500 tickets will be printed, numbered from 0001 to 1500.
The price of each ticket is set at € 2.50.
Art. 4 – Prizes
The prizes are as follows:

Art. 5 – The Draw
The prize draw will take place on 16 August 2026 at 22:30 on the festival stage in Piazza Indipendenza – Petrella Salto (RI), in the presence of the Association President (or their delegate) and witnesses.
The draw will be public and open to all attendees.
Art. 6 – Prize Collection
Winners may claim their prizes within 90 days of the draw date at the Association’s headquarters.
After this deadline, uncollected prizes shall remain the property of the Association.
Art. 7 – Publication of Results
The winning numbers will be displayed at the Association’s headquarters and published on its official information channels.
